To use our Website and place orders, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and checkout.
• Have a valid Indian mobile number and a deliverable address within India.
• Not use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activity.

To place an order, you may need to create a free account on our Website. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate name, mobile number, and email address.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
• Take full responsibility for activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our terms or engages in fraudulent behaviour.

We sell physical products including fashion, home decor, beauty, jewellery, footwear, and lifestyle items.

• All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
• We make every effort to display accurate colours, but actual product colour may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings.
• In case of a pricing error or incorrect product information, we reserve the right to cancel the order with a full refund.
• Stock availability is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed.

We offer the following payment options:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pay when your order arrives. A COD handling charge of ₹20 applies.
• Online Payment — UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking (via secure Razorpay gateway).

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation on your registered mobile/email. Order status can be tracked from the My Orders section.

• We deliver all over India to serviceable pincodes.
• Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days from order confirmation.
• Delivery time may extend during festive seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Free delivery is available on all orders (no minimum purchase).
• Delivery will be attempted at the address provided during checkout.
• If you are unavailable, our delivery partner may attempt re-delivery once.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you can return eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, go to My Orders → Return/Exchange or contact our support team with your order number.

Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:

• You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it.
• Cancellation is available only before the order is shipped.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return.
• Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days.

We also reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

While using our Website, you agree NOT to:

• Post or transmit any unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Website.
• Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the Website's operations.
• Impersonate another person or provide false information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meesho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Website.
• Delays in delivery caused by courier partners or natural events.
• Unauthorized access to your account or data.
• Any third-party services linked from our Website.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
